First of all make a dough for papdi with shinghada (Water chestnut) flour and two boiled potatoes. Make a perfect dough. Make a flat small sized round papdi and fry them on slow flame. Cut the chips of raw banana and fry the chips
Cut the boiled potato in round pieces and deep fry.
For Chutney: Take jaggery and add cup of water boiled this .Add some salt, red chilli powder and some raisins .Make a thick Chutney
Keep a aloo tikki in between two papdi .Set 4-5 pieces in a bowl .Add salt , red chilli powder .Add Chutney and hung curd , lemon juice, green chilli ,chopped coriander .
Garnishing- garnish with pomegranate, potato chips, and banana chips.
