Mutton- 500gms
Onion- 3 finely diced onions
Ginger Garlic Paste- 4-5 tablespoons
Yogurt 6-7 tablespoons
Cardammon-2-3 small cardamoms
Clove-2-3pieces
Bayleaf- 2 leaves
Cumin Powder- 2 tablespoon
Coriander Powder- 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder- 2 tablespoon
Kasuri Methi Powder- 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri Red chilli Powder- 3 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Green Chilli- 2 finely sliced
Salt
Sugar- 1tablespoon
Chopped coriander
Ghee/Refined Oil -6-7 tablespoon
Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoon ghee/ oil in a pan.Put half tablespoon sugar for color. Put the finely sliced onions and fry until light brown.
Now grind this fried onions to a fine paste
Put 4-5 tablespoon ghee in pan, put the fried onion paste , yoghurt, and all the other spices one by one
Cook this spice gravy until oil releases from side
Add the partially boiled mutton pieces
Put salt as per taste
Use chopped coriander leaves to garnish
