.oats 2 cup .
Beetroot 1 large
Green peas 1 cup.
Beans 1 cup.
Potato 1 large
Carrot 2 no
Chopped green chilli 2 no
Finely chopped onion 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Chana daal 1 tbsp
Urad daal 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 6 to 8
Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
Instructions
Dry
roast
the oats and keep aside .
Peel wash and cut the vegetable into dices, chop the beans.
Heat the oil in a pan and pop the mustard seeds ,chana dal and urad dal. add curry leaves.
Saute the green chili and onion,now add the vegetables with 2 cup of water .
After a boil cover and cook the vegetables.
Add roasted oats and cook FOR 3 to 5 minutes more.
Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon slice.
