This pancake is easily available in the streets of north India. Moreover it is a healthy alternative to dosa. Just perfect to have it in your breakfast and stay fit.
I have add oats to it to make it more nutritious.

Ingredients

moong dal
dhuli moong, split and husked green gram
1
teaspoon
Salt
1/2
teaspoon
chili powder
1
green chilli
finely chopped

tbsp
coriander
finely chopped

tbsp
oil
For stuffing
1
tbsp
pomegranate
kernels
1
tbsp
cottage cheese
pea size cubes sauteed in salt and chili powder
1
handful
Coriander
finely chopped
Instructions
Soak dal in water for two hours in lukewarm water.
Drain water and blend well to a fine paste.
To this add oats, salt, chili powder, chopped green chilies, 1/2 chopped coriander and little water to make a batter of dropping consistency.
Now heat the griddle and do just little brushing of oil. If the griddle is dry they woul stick and if the griddle is oily they won't take the shape.
Now spread the batter and cook on both sides pouring little oil on the sides on medium high flame.
Similarly prepare all pancakes.
Your chilla is ready. Stuff it with the prepared cottage cheese cubes and pomegranate kernels .
