Ginger garlic paste
Instructions
Marinade chicken strips with curd,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder & keep aside for atleast 1 hrs.
Now mix cornflour,egg & little chicken stock to make batter.pour the chicken strips into it,coat well & deep fry in oil.
For sauce,take oil in a wok.add chopped ginger & garlic.nicely saute.then add bellpeppers & chilli garlic paste.toss well.
Add tomato ketchup & soya sauce, mix well.now add chopped green onion & garlic leaves.
Toss well in high flame.now add little chicken stock & pinch of salt.add fried chicken strips. Coat well.
Garnish with spring onion & roasted cashewnut & serve. My Tip: Always toss well on high flame. Use a good wok
