bowl of mint yogurt dip

soya sauce

chaat masala

Instructions
First marination step: Marinate the chicken wings with hung curd, salt, cheese and soya sauce. Marinate for 1 hour.
Second marination step: Marinate the wings with harissa sauce, pepper powder and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes. Brush oil on the top and bake the chicken for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once baked, sprinkle the chaat masala and coriander on top.
Serve with mint yogurt dip on the side.
