Take a wok, add oil and head it. Deep fry the sliced onion till nice golden color. Let it be cool. Now make a fine paste of the onions.
Make paste (3G paste) of ginger, garlic and green chilli.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and little saute it. Add brown onion paste and saute it. Add curd in it and mix well. Add 3G paste and saute well.
Add dry spices now like coriender pwdr, black pepper pwdr, roasted cumin seeds pwdr and salt. Mix well. Let it be cool.
Cut paneer in triangle pcs or in any other shape of your choice.
Add water (around 1.5 cup) in the cooked mixture. Add paneer pcs and garam Masala pwdr. Also add cream and mix well.
Now add chopped mint leaves n coriender leaves. Mix it. Now cover it with the lid and cook it on dum.
Seal the edges of the covered pan with the help of atta or first cover it with foil paper and then cover it with lid and cook it for 15 min on dum.
Open the lid at the time of serving n enjoy with naan, roti or any bread of ur choice.
