In a grinder jar, add ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, fresh coriander. Grind to form a smooth paste.
Add this paste to hung curd, 1 tsp oil and mix well to form a nice marinade. Add prepared idlis and coat all idlis well with the marinade. Keep this in bowl in refrigerator for 10-15 min.
Once idlis are marinated well, put the idlis on skewers for grilling.
Put the idli skewers in preheated air fryer for grilling at 180 degrees for 10 min.
Once grilled, serve Idli tikka with cut capsicum and tomato.
