Cumin Seed

Turmeric Powder

Tamarind Paste
Salt
as per taste

Sugar

teaspoon
Oil
Instructions
Take the raw Banana Peel and soak in turmeric water for 5 minute. Pressure cook in one cup of water to one whistle.
Take a pan and heat oil. Put cumin Seed and chilis.
Sauté
for a minute. Add banana Peel and
Sauté
for 3-5 minute until they are dry.
Switch off the flame and cool the mixture. Now add tamarind Paste, sugar and salt. Grind the mixture to a fine paste.
It's ready to serve. Enjoy your meal with this , or as a dip with your snacks :)
