Instructions
Bitter gourd should be par boiled with salt. Take out the seeds.
Add 2 tsp oil in a heated frying pan. Add mashed potatoes and red chilli powder, salt, mango powder, and armchair masala. Stir well.
Bitter gourd should be filled with the filling. And cover with dry roasted Channa powder
Dipped fried. Now ready to serve.
