pureed raw mango cooked with spices,sugar and salt till looking like a dough.Spread on greased tray and cut with moulds in flower shape.lastly coted with boora and decorated with glazed cherries.
Transfer the raw mango puree, in a nonstick pan with sugar and salt.cook till it is thick and completely dry. Add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
ADD black salt, roasted saunf and methi powder and mix well.
It should be completely dry .Adjust seasoning to your taste . Spread on greased tray and keep in sun to dry.
when completely dry,cut into desired shapes. Coat with powdered sugar.Decorate with glazed cherries . -Raw mango- sweet-sour pickle flowers are ready.
