Drain out the excess water from raw mango cubes and add asafoetida, salt (if required), red chili powder.
Mix 2 Cup of oil with the grounded powder. Now mix it with the raw mango cubes
Cover it and keep it into the sunlight for 3 days. On the 4th day, add the remaining oil. Mix well and cover it and keep it into the sunlight for 8-10 days. After that you can use it as a pickle.
