dry red chilli

imli pulp

teaspoon
grated coconut

teaspoon
Salt
pinch
of turmeric powder
mint leaf to garnish
Instructions
In a pan heat oil.Add chana dal and urad dal and
roast
.
Add green chilli and dry red chilli.
Now add ivy gourd ( tinda) peeled washed and chopped to it.
Let it cook and add salt and turmeric.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook. Remove from heat and cool.
Grind to a fine paste with coconut and imli pulp.
Garnish with mint leaf and serve.
Notes
You can add the tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaf.
