This dosa I learnt form my badi jethani...
When I tasted this I was shocked when I knew its made of atta .
This is also one of the favorite item of my husband...whenever his mood is off, I will prepare this jhatpat
Now add water slowly to this mixture,when it properly mixed add rest water.
For this i have added approx 7 cups water...the batter consistency is like water.
Keep this batter atleast for 1 hour...so that dosa will come out easily and more crispy.
Heat tava n grease oil.
Spread a big spoon full batter over tava n sprinkle chopped onion.
Now after 1 min,rotate tava so that dosa will be evenly crispy.
After 1 min,it stats to leave from sides of tava n carefully put spatula under tava n remove it.
Have this crispy n crunchy yummy dosa...with any chutney....

If you keep dosa batter for 1 hr,it will come out easily n more tasty….but if you are in a hurry you can prepare it instanly…I did so many times in hurry
One thing you have to remember whenever you make this dosa ur tava should be properly greased.
