First drain all water from boiled chickpeas. Take a blender ,and put chickpeas ,ginger ,green chilli and grind coarsely.
Take boiled potatoes , Mash it with hands or masher , add chickpeas , bread crumbs and all dry spices . Mix well . Add finely chopped corainder leaves .
Now make oval or cylindrical shape kawabs with mixture and insert saute or icecream sticks in it .
Deep fry these kawabs with sticks . Serve hot with chutney of your choice .
Notes
Soak saute stick or icecream stick into the water for about 10 minutes . Then dry it and use in recipe This step is for preventing less oil absorbing by sticks .
