now add eggs one by one and beat well.then add baking powder with maida and blend well.then add cocoa powder,instant cafe, 40 gm dark chocolate and blend well.brush a little oil in the mould & pour the mixture in a cake mould.
preheat oven for 10 mins.bake the cake for 35 mins.let it cool down for 20 mins
make chocolate ganache with remaining chocolate & butter.just mix them well.
Now coat entire cake with this ganache and keep in a freeze for at least 20 mins.
