Mashed boiled banana with ginger garlic paste salt green chilli paste garam masala and barley powder. Make a dough and kofta shape and rest for five minutes.
Add oil for dip fry make the koftas and keep aside.
Now make gravy add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and curd. Stir continuous then add one cup water. Let it cook for five minutes.
Then add garam masala powder kasuri methi coconut milk at last kofta
Make a paste with fresh cream and barley powder. Serve in a bowl and garnish with barley cream
