soak soya granules in water till soft for 10 mins. drain all the water and add the granules to a bowl. add boiled mashed potatoes, salt and pepper, oregano,chilly flakes,coriander,peas,garam masla. and mix well.
soak bread in milk till it absorbs the milk, squeese the bread and crumble it in the potato mixture, mix well.
shape the mixture into round patties and roast on a nonstick grill pan.
assemble the burger. add low fat mayo. place the patty. top with onion rings. add a slice of cheese(optional). spread sweet chilli sauce on the other slice, you can grill the buns also if you wish. serve hot.
