Take a mixing bowl add flour baking soda curd and salt. Knead a smooth dough and keep aside for half an hour.
Now add oil in a heated frying pan add onion paste ginger garlic paste fry till brown. Then add mutton minced stir fry. Cover with a lid. After 10 minutes add salt red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. It should not wet. Cook it dry.
Now spread dough like a chapati. Egg should be blend. Give a egg brush and fill in centre with keema. Fold four sides. Again egg brush both sides.
Now shallow fry in a heated frying pan add oil to fry. Again egg brush and fry till brown.
