urad dal power

Oil for dip fry

Roasted cumin powder
Black salt
Roasted red chilli powder
Sew to spread

Tamarind sweet chutney
Instructions
Take two boiled raw banana mashed. Add black urad dal.
Make a smooth dough if need sprinkle water.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry. Take bowl pour water and 1/3 tsp salt.
Dip all fried bada. After ten minutes squeeze the badas.
Serve with curd, sweet chutney, sew, black salt, roasted cumin powder and roasted red chilli powder.
Notes
Dahi bada should be cool.
