Crispy and Mouth watering Masal Vadais that can be made without dals and no need to grind anything . A perfect Monsoon snack to have with coffee or tea. This Vadas can also be made for any Poojas skipping onions...
Wash the poha and soak in water for 7 minutes.
Add the chopped items together in a bowl with salt and mix well.
Place the poha in a strainer and drain off the water out.
Squeeze the poha well with hand and add to the bowl with chopped items.
Add all the flours to it.
Knead forcefully with hand mashing them all together to get the vada dough / batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take small lemon size balls from the bowl place them on a plastic sheet and flatten them with fingers to get small vadas.
Drop them in oil and fry to golden brown and crispy.
