chia seeds-1/3 cup
olive oil-1/3 cp
plain flour/maida-1/2 cup
atta/whole wheat flour- 1/2 cup
salt-a pinch
coconut sugar- 1/2 cup
condensed milk- 1/4 cup
cinnamon-1 tsp
chocolate chips- 1/2 cup
cocoa powder-1 tbsp
vanilla extract- 1 tsp
milk-1/2 cup
vinegar-1 tbsp
baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda- 1tsp
Instructions
in a bowl, sift maida, atta,baking powder,cocoa powder , baking soda, salt and cinnamon. mix and keep aside,
in a bowl, add milk,vinegar,coconut sugar,condensed milk and vanilla extract.
fold the dry ingridients and wet ingridients and add chia seeds and chocolate chips. bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30-40 mins.
