wash and soak the rice for 1/2 an hour, wash the chicken and drain out the excess water with muslin cloth .
now marinate the chicken with curd,salt,red chilli powder,KM powder,cinemon,black paper,ginger,garlic paste,mace,nutmeg,green cardamom and 1 tbsp ghee ,keep it for 1/2 an hour
heat the remaining ghee in a pan and fry the sliced onion,
boil the rice with one stick of cinemon,salt to taste,bay leaf,green cardamom,clove .
now heat the another pan cook the marinated chicken, now arrange the layer with rice,cooked chicken,fried onion , butter on the top spread the mint leaves and coriander leaves, cover and cook under dum till done.
