Milk 500ml
Chia seeds
Sabja 20 gm
Coconut sugar 30 gm
Soaked & grind rice 30 gm
Chopped pistachios 10 gm
Agar agar 2 gm
Rose petals For decoration
Instructions
Boil milk.Add sugar and soaked and grind rice
continuously stir the mixture, avoid lumps.
Cook till it becomes thick off the flame.
Add half chia seed and stir it properly
Dissolve agar agar in two spoons of milk and ads in phirni and stir it properly.
Fill the mixture in a cylindrical mold and keep in the refrigerator for one hour or whenever it set as a pannacotta.
Serve cold Phirni pannacotta with chia seeds and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
