when we go out we can see every where all ladies surround the chaatwala to have this mouth watering batashe. Roadside food is not hygienic so I thought healthy ways to make this at home.
Make a dough with wheat flour, semolina, oil and water. Keep aside for half an hour.
Take a mixing bowl add boiled mashed razma. Add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder keep aside.
Take another mixing bowl add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, pinch of asafoetida, lemon juice, black salt and pudina paste. Add water and mix ice cubes.
Now spread the dough and cut with a sharp edges small bowl.
Take a deep frying pan add oil and heat. Fry all balls shape golgappa.
Serve with mashed razma, mixed water.
Notes
Outside food they add more hot spices. So children have to face problem. At home we can prepare as we like.
