Squash
diced, cooked

Olive oil

Carrots
diced

teaspoon
Garlic
minced

Onion
small chopped

rib
Celery
diced

teaspoon
Thyme
Salt
to taste
Black pepper powder
as required

Vegetable stock
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions. Stir until they become golden.
Now add carrot, minced garlic, celery and
sauté
it for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add vegetable stock and bring it to boil. Now add squash, beans, corn kernels and thyme.
Cover and
simmer
it for 7-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add salt and pepper and serve hot with any bread.
