Add lemon juice into the boiling milk and squeeze with a maslin cloth. Give a shape and cut into pieces.
Take a frying pan add mustered oil fry the chena pieces and immediately deep into the salted water.
Add ginger juice, make a paste with curd and corn flour pour into the oil. Add crushed black pepper, cinnamon powder and slits green chilli. Sauteed add fried and soaked Chena.
At last add fresh malai and fresh coriander. Serve with chapati, paratha, luchi etc...
