Ingredients

Tofu-150gm
Capsicum
carrot,beans,cabbage-2tbsp finely chopped
Green chilli-2chopped
Oinon-1small finely chopped
Cornflour-1 +1tbsp
Oil for batter-1tsp
Corriander leaves
Garam masala -1/2tsp
Salt
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for fry
Instructions
Crumble the tofu.add all the ingredients including 1tbsp cornflour. Add 1rsp oil. Make small balls flatten it. Mix cornflour in water. Dip balls in it then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil fry till brown Eat hot with chutney or sauce
