Crush the biscuits and add melted butter or condensed milk to it , mix well and add it to a spring form pan and create a proper base and refrigerate it .
Melt both the chocolates in a bowl with the double boiler method .
To melted chocolate add cream cheese and whisk it together, now add condensed milk , cocoa pwd and milk and whisk it again .
Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
Refrigerate the cake.
Now take some whipped cream. Add 1 tsp cocoa pwd, mix well and transfer it to piping bag .
Once the cake is set, get it out of mold, spread a layer of whipped cream and make swirls on the edges.
Dust some cocoa pwd and garnish with chocolate shavings and design.
