Though we know green vegetables have lots of benefit. Most of the people don't know properties of vegetable skin. I never met my mother-in-law, she used to cook this recipe. My husband taught me how to remove the membrane of green peas skin. I think cooking is a great art. Select green and healthy skin which will be appreciated.
Very carefully remove the membrane from the skin. Then finely chopped the soft skin.
Take a frying pan heat and add oil then onion seeds. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, turmeric powder, sliced green chili, chopped skin and salt. Mix well and cover the lid till cook. Then it is ready to serve.
Notes
If there was any membrane nobody will appreciate. Other wise it will soft and delicious.
