When we feel unwell Doctor advise for light diet. So paneer is good for stomach and moong dal also light than other pulse. We can serve thus recipe to patient.
Make a shallow fry paneer cubes and keep separate. In the same pan add oil, cumin seeds roasted moong dal. Stir continuously till light brown and roasted flavour.
Add rice, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger paste green chilli and salt. Stir continuously add warm water. Open the lid till cook.
After ten minutes open the lid squeeze lemon and add paneer cubes.
