Ginger has long history of benefit. It is roots plant. Similar with turmeric plant family. It is good for digestive system and medicinal plants. It can be used fresh or dried. Homemade pickle has different flavour.
Wash and cut the ginger into one inches long dry in open air.
Take a mixing bowl add dehydrated ginger, five spice masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, mustard powder, salt, vinegar and mustard oil.
Mix all ingredients evenly then keep in a glass jar tight the lid. Start eating after a week.
