Whole cinnamon
cloves and cardamom

bay leaves

coconut milk

curd

tomato puree
Oil as required

Instructions
Marinate murgh with onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curd, tomato puree and red chilli powder. Keep aside for minimum 15 minutes.
Now add oil in the cooking vessel heat and add bay leaves and whole cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom.
Then add the marinated murgh mix well stir continuously. Cover the lid till soft add salt.
Now add all ground masala, coconut milk, rose water. Again cover for a minute.
Serve with lachha paratha.
Notes
It will better if we cook in iron vessel.
