Ciabatta buns or any bun

Mayonnaise

semi soft boiled
1-2
tablespoon
Chives
or tender spring onion dark green part
Salt
as per taste
Black pepper
as per taste
Butter
as needed, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven at 160-170 deg C. Toast the buns for 5-10 minutes till slightly crunchy.
Place eggs in cold water and boil for 10 minutes for semi soft yolks.
Place them ice water and then remove shells. Mash eggs with fork.
Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and chives with eggs.
Whisk
thoroughly.
Apply little butter to buns if desired. Spread a generous helping of egg on the bun and serve with your preferred salad on the side.
Notes
Alternatively, buns can be toasted on a pan too.
