To make the Dough: Mix all the ingredients and make dough {For vegetable momo you can add spinach(2 tablespoon) paste and blanched beetroot paste(2 Tablespoon) for fish momo dough and carrot paste(2bt spoon) for chicken momo}. It will give nice color
Take the common ingredients for the momos and add the chicken mince for Chicken momos.
Make similar filling for Fish and Vegetable momos like Chicken Momos.
Knead the dough and make flat and cut in portion sizes. Fill the respective mixture and give shape as in the photograph.
Then steam the momos for about 20 minutes until the fillings inside is well cooked.
For the Dip Sauce
Two blanched tomatoes add chopped green chillies, sesame seeds and mix together with some oil( 2 t spoon) and season
