kabuli chana, soaked overnight and boiled till soft

potato
medium sized boiled and peeled

green chilli

coriander leaves green

lemon juice

teaspoon
chaat masala

teaspoon

Instructions
Ensure the soaked chickpeas are boiled with salt, until soft and tender.
Chop the boiled potato, tomato onion and green chilli into small pieces. Chop coriander leaves.
In a wide bowl, mix together boiled chickpeas, potato, tomato, onion, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, chaat masala, black salt and salt.
Blend well, so that all the ingredients mix well. Serve this salad immediately. Incase you want to store it for an hour or so, refrigerate it.
