Pineapple chopped - one cup.
Dessicated coconut -1/2 cup
Full cream milk 1/2 litre or 500 ml
Condensed milk - 2tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp or as per taste
Pistachio chopped - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
For decoration
some colourful sprinklers
Pineapple chunks
Chopped pistachios
Instructions
Boil milk in a deep pan on a low flame.
Keep stirring to evaporate water as the milk thickens.
Heat another pan and add chopped pineapple, and sugar .
Cook for at least 5 min at medium flame to evaporate water.
Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, and chopped pistachio.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, and let it come to room temperature.
Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Keep a serving glass also in fridge
For serving take out the glass from the fridge and place some pineapple chunks in the glass.
Pour chilled rabri into serving glasses.
Garnish with chopped pistachios pineapple chunks and sprinklers. Enjoy!!!
