wash the dal and clean the skin ,blend the dal with ginger,garlic ,make a smooth paste.
add salt,red chili,cumin powder,dry mango powder and astofida in dal puree mix it
heat a non-stick pan cook it with string continuously.
cool the mixture and add cornflour make a soft dough with the mixture,
cool and make square and roll it on a plastic sheet .
cut the square as picture, heat the non-stick pan and roast it golden.
For dip-
make a paste with salt, coriander, green chili, lemon juice.
whip the curd and mix the paste in the whipped curd. pour the curd mixture in pipping bag.
Now top the dip on moong square, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
