Chocolate is everyone's favourite from kids to adults. An easy Chocolate Pancake recipe to make along with your kids during the holidays. It tastes more delicious with a layer of nutella spread over it.

Cocoa powder

Powdered sugar

Chocolate
grated

Milk

Baking soda

Butter
melted

teaspoon
Salt

Chocolate
melted or nutella spread
Instructions
First of all keep all the ingredients ready.
Take a large mixing bowl, seive together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix everything well.
Next add in milk, melted butter, egg, powdered sugar and grated chocolate.
Mix it well and make a smooth batter.
Heat a non stick pan brush it with some oil.
Wipe it off the excess oil with a tissue paper and make the pan smooth.
Take a standard measurement size i.e 1/4 cup for making even pancakes.
Pour the batter on the pan and let it cook on low flame till the bubbles come on top.
Gently flip over the other side and cook for anotjer 30-40 seconds on low flame. Once done take out on a plate.
Similarly prepare rest of the chocolate pancakes. Once cooled down drizzle some melted dark chocolate or nutella spread on it and Serve!
