Both the white and yolk of an egg are rich in nutrients. Proteins, vitamins and minerals with the yolk also containing cholesterol, fat soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids. Eggs are and important and versatile ingredient for cooking, as their particular chemical makeup is literally the glue of many important baking reactions.

Heat frying pan add one tsp butter and one tsp olive oil. Then sauteed the bell peppers, onion, mushroom, chilli flakes with little bit salt and keep separate.
Beat the eggs with milk and little salt. Now in the same pan add butter and olive oil pour the beaten egg. After a few seconds add all sauteed ingredients. When all sides of omelette leaves the pan then take out.
Garnish in a serving plate with Lettuce, cucumber and tomato sauce.
Eat as you like with any combination or it is a full meal..
