There is a parathewali gali at old Delhi. I visited the place, so many types of paratha. Each and every bites has different taste. Sweet paratha, salty paratha, papar paratha, mawa paratha. Here I have made onion paratha.
Make a dough with wheat flour, salt, mashed potatoes and oil
Preheat a frying pan add oil then chopped onion, chilli flakes, roasted cumin powder and sauteed for few minutes with high flame. Then switch off and add, salt, dried mango powder.
Divide the dough with equal amount and fill with cooked onion. Then spread like chapati and pan fry like paratha. Serve with curd and cooked potatoes.

This paratha is different than normal paratha, soft and as good as tasty.
