This is an easy breakfast and also basic recipe. We should always consume more veggies. we have to always think for our digestive system. Here I used all healthy ingredients, so school going kids and old persons also will enjoy this basic recipe.
Take a saucepan add 1 tsp olive oil, chopped ginger and garlic. Stir fry few seconds then add all above mentioned vegetable stir fry and close the lid for a few seconds.
Open the lid add yellow curry paste, corn flour paste. Season with crushed black pepper salt. Again mix well until cook.
