Kadhai Paneer is among the most healthy recipes of paneer & chili / bell peppers .So I believe it should be a must have in every kitchen like mine . Here is my recipe .
Soak paneer cubes in 2 cups of lukewarm water. While the cubes are soaked roughly chop tomato & 1 onion. Chop other onion in big cubes like you have done your bell peppers
Heat a wok. Put oil in it. Once the oil is heated add
Keep onions aside. Now add remaining 2 tbsp oil in wok. Heat it. Add roughly chopped onions and cook till it is translucent. Add ginger garlic cinemmon black pepper corns seasme seed, salt , turmeric & chili powder& cook fr 3 min
Now add tomatoes and cook for another 3 min .keep stirring in between. Now switch off the gas. Let everything cool for a while and then grind using mixer grinder
Serve hot with roti paratha or haan.
Notes
Everything is cooked in less oil. So keep the flame medium or low.
Adjust salt once you mix everything.
You can add some garam Masala powder too but I don’t prefer it. I often don’t add turmeric powder too.though I have added this time & it just changedthe colour.
