French Fry With Cheese Sauce Recipe With Step By Step Picture. Nothing is better than the homemade French fry. I love snacking French fry with ketchup and cheese sauce. Americans serve French fries for lunch or dinner along with a burger or any other main course. You can make many variations in the topping if you learn the basic French fry. I have used one potato in this recipe, you can increase the quantity according to the number of people you are going to serve. I usually make 2 to 3 batches of French fry and store it in my freezer, so that it will be very handy to fry it in oil and munch on. I will also share other variations in the toppings in my upcoming post. In this recipe, I have topped the fries with cheese sauce. This cheese sauce is very yummy, you can also use this cheese sauce as an accomplishment for Nachos, Nuggets etc. Make this yummy French fry and MUNCH ON!!!
Dice the potato into even slices, you can also use French fry cutter for the perfect shape.
Add water in a pan, once it starts boiling add in the potato slices.
Cook the potato slices for 3 min, do not overcook.
After 3 min, remove the potato pieces from boiling water and pat dry in a kitchen towel and freeze it for 2 hours. You can increase the quantity of the potatoes and refrigerate it in the freezer and use it later.
Heat oil, the oil should be really hot as the frozen fries will reduce the temperature of the oil. Fry it until it reaches golden brown color.
Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Pour the Cheese Sauce above the fries.
Sprinkle some chili flakes and enjoy!!
