Peel potatoes.
Cut potatoes
Add salt (to taste) to potatoes and fry them in oil until they are lightly crunchy. Keep it in a plate.
In a same pan take few drops of oil, add onion heads and capsicum saute for a minute then add salt kitchen king masala redchilli powder , onion greens and coariander leaves. Mix it well . Off the flame.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt (as we already added salt in potatoes n veggies ) , fried potatoes , veggies and milk.
Lightly coat frying pan with olive oil.
Add the mixture and cook over low heat, flipping omelette once to cook other side. Your omellete is ready. Garnish it with onion greens and Serve hot.
Notes
Note:- In Spanish omelette you can add veggies of your choice like cherry tomatoes, parsley or broccali.Kitchen king masala and red chilli powder is optiinal. I added this to give it some indian flavour.
