For dough..ingredients. Salt 1/3 tsp
Spinach puree 1cup
Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
Water 1¹/² glass
Wheat flour 1bowl
For filling ingredients..

Water 1cup
Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Method for dough..
Take a bowl.. Add wheat flour,puree,salt,red chili powder in it.. Mix it well
Then add water in it..n make fine dough..
Then take a bowl..
Add gram flour,chopped spinach in it n mix it well
Then add all spices n water in it.. Mix it well n make fine batter..
Then take a small ball of dough.. Roll it n make big chappati..
Then heat tawa.. Grease it with some oil..
Then put paratha on it.. When it become little cooked.. Put batter on the middle of paratha.. N fold the sides of paratha n make square shape..
Then cook both side of paratha on medium flame..
When it become crispy.. Its done.. Serve hot..with pickle,or chatni..
