Mango - 1 large ripe peeled
Suji/semolina - 1 cup
Sugar - ½ cup or as per preference
Water - 1 cup
Ghee - ½ cup
Raisins - 2 tbsps
Cashewnuts - 2 tbsps broken
Instructions
Take the mango and sugar in a blender and puree smooth.
Heat ghee in a pan, add in cashews and fry till golden. Then add raisin stir for a min and take out.
Next add in sooji and
roast
it on low heat for 3 to 4 mins till it starts to get a nice aroma.
Once it is roasted, add in water and mix well. Cook till it thickens. Now add in mango puree and mix well.
Cook for few mins, should not dry up completely, turn off the heat and let it cool down. Scoop and serve.
I used muffin cups to give a shape.
