Masala Lassi Kullad Wali
Shakuntla Tulshyan
This is one of the oldest beverages of India and a fun summer drink. It is just yogurt and water beaten together. It is seasoned with masala or spices to add different flavours of your choice.

Instructions
Put curd in a mixer.
Add black salt,cumin powder,salt and black pepper.
Add chilled water and milk
With a wired
whisk
blend everything well till smooth.
Pour into serving glasses and serve.
Notes
You can also refrigerate the namkeen lassi for a couple of hours before serving.
