Easy Berry Limeade Popsicles

A great refreshing recipe that is fun and healthy. Popsicles made with a blend of berries that are excellent source of anti-oxidants and brain building nutrients. Sweet treat with a healthy edge that the kids and grown ups love alike.

Ingredients

mixed berries
use fresh or frozen – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
1/2
cup
Sugar

cup
water

teaspoon

teaspoon
Lime zest

tablespoon
Lime juice
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in popsicles molds and freeze for at least 3-4 hours or till frozen.
If you are not a big fan of berry seeds, feel free to strain the mixture through a metal sieve into a measuring cup
Notes
Note: You can skip adding sugar and just add some honey or agave for sweetness.
