Pacoca is a candy made out of ground peanuts, sugar and salt. Some recipes also add flour, such as corn flour, oats flour or cassava flour.

Instructions
Line your baking dish with parchment paper
In the food processor combine peanuts and cookies until they are well combined and even.
Add the sugar and mix well. The mixture should look like a coarse flour.
Add the condensed milk and peanut butter and mix till it forms a ball of dough
With your hands press the dough into the baking dish to form an even layer
Add the coarsely chopped peanuts to the of the dough.
Let it rest for at least one hour in the fridge. For best results let it rest overnight.
Remove from the baking dish and cut into squares.Keep in airtight container
